Once you reach out to me, the quote I give covers attendance, post production, supply of finished images via electronic file transfer. It also includes all tax calculations and is the total price. For events outside of Los Angeles additional travel and accommodation may also be charged.
For an additional $100/hr of my initial quote, I offer a studio quality portrait lighting option that offers a beautiful portrait set-up. This is great for capturing your guests in softened well-lit posed shots. Some events prefer this lighting for red carpet set ups. If this is a corporate event, your business may want to use the images for promotional thank you cards. This entails bringing studio lighting, so please allot a 6'x6' minimum area for the equipment to be set up.
A 50% deposit is due, at the minimum, one week before the event.
There is a fourteen day turn around, with rush options available.
I accept check, PayPal, and all major credit cards. A 3.2% processing fee will be applied to PayPal and credit card payments.
